A T4
A bit of love for a VW T4

A T4 we did recently.. Rear drivers side sill/jacking point was rotted as was the passenger side sill, step and sliding door step.
The sill was cut away revealing a jacking point that was in poor condition but not rotted out, it was a straight forward repair at this stage but would have been much more digfficult had we left it and just repaired the outer sill so we did it all for peace of mind.
The passenger side was much more duifficult. The step had some rot so easily repaired as was inner and outer sill. The difficulty came at the sliding door sill and bottom runner. An accident some years ago had been repaired but not treated properly behind so the B pillar below the fuel filler was in a really bad way. The bottom roller track had also worn through and these are not availble so we made a new end along with the other panels needed and welded it all together. Once welded a good coat of 2k epoxy and Buzzweld WAR sealed the underside and 2k epoxy did the outer.
